Sinéad Kampff is an artist based in Dublin, Ireland. She graduated with a degree in Fine Art Painting from the National College of Art and Design and is currently a member of Ormond Art Studios. Her practice involves painting and sculptural pieces.

Sinéads work explores the perception of abandonment and what that means to her. Attaching her own feelings with the spaces and places she’s been documenting has become an apparent part of her research. Connecting the sudden loss of a parent to the desertion of space has been her anchor to the work and allows for any questions that arise when visiting these spaces, why do we abandon space in the first place? Why are these spaces so intriguing?
