Antirust

Antirust was an annual exhibition held in the Ormond Studios project space by the 8 members of Ormond Studios, 1 past member and the graduate resident at the time.

This exhibition marked 15 years of Ormond Studios as an artist run space with site specific works through out the project and studio space. Antirust being an anagram of artist run as the title.

The exhibition opened on Thursday the 19th of September 2024 where we hosted a drinks reception that coincided with a late opening for culture night the following night, which was sponsored by Whiplash who provided the drink!!

We each had 1 piece of work on show and mine was a painting titled Aurora 630.
